Walmart Marketplace Policy and Fee Change Log

What Walmart has changed or clarified for Marketplace sellers, newest first. Every entry names its source and says whether it comes from a Walmart page, a Walmart moderator or a third party. We only list items we have read ourselves, so this is not a complete record of every change.
